We have partnered with Lowin at Earth Spa to offer a range of massages and spa treatments, just five minutes drive from the retreat house. This is a unique opportunity to experience an authentic and traditional spa at River Sallee Hot Springs. This site has been an ancient and sacred place of healing since the indigenous Kalinigo came from South America and it is popular with locals and tourists alike.

At the springs, you can bathe in warm, naturally bubbling sulphur pools while listening to reggae music drifting from the nearby local bar. Enjoy a traditional mud bath, then rinse in the naturally formed well, allowing the mineral-rich waters to cleanse and restore your body.

The sulphur-enriched mud is known for its many health benefits, including improving skin conditions, reducing inflammation, and easing aches and pains. After a visit, guests often describe feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Lowin has a natural gift for healing and creates a deeply nurturing experience for every guest. She makes her own massage oils using Grenadian spices and cocoa butter sourced from a local chocolate factory. Her massages can be firm and stretching or gentle and soothing — always guided by what your body needs.

If you would prefer to have the massage at the retreat house, then Lowin can offer this in the Haven, at a slightly higher rate.

There is no charge to bathe in the springs, enjoy a mud bath or soak up the Grenadian vibes of the Springs. Spa treatments at the Earth Spa are priced as followed and other treatments are also available:
