Self-catering

If cooking is something you enjoy, then you may appreciate our self-catering option. We’re happy to arrange groceries in advance, based on your personalised shopping list, so everything is ready when you arrive — or you’re welcome to bring your own supplies.

Our self-catering kitchen is already stocked with tea and coffee-making facilities, along with some authentic Grenadian spices to help get you started.

Barbeque

We can also organise shopping trips during your stay, whether to a local supermarket or  - for the more adventurous - to the market, where you can choose fresh spices and vegetables, pick fruit straight from the tree, herbs from our own herb garden and even buy fish directly from the fishing boats.

In the garden, you’ll find three large stones traditionally used for outdoor cooking over an open fire. We also offer a small fire pit and a BBQ, giving you a variety of options for relaxed, open-air cooking.

Full board

We work with experienced local cooks, Gillian and Michelle, to offer nourishing, home-cooked meals prepared with care. Each of our partner cooks runs their own successful catering business, bringing both skill and love to the food they create. Wherever possible, we use fresh, organic ingredients — including produce grown in our own garden.

In harmony with nature, our menus are seasonal and shaped by what is locally available at the time of your stay.

Because we offer bespoke retreats, meals can be tailored to your preferences. Whether you enjoy Western-style dishes or would like traditional Grenadian flavours, we are happy to design menus to suit you. Please note that due to limited availability of some ingredients on the island, we may not be able to accommodate certain highly specialised diets.

Our main meal is usually served in the evening, though it can be offered at lunchtime if this suits you better. If you plan to be out for the day, a packed lunch can also be arranged.

Meals are generally served as self-service, creating a relaxed, informal, and homely atmosphere with flexibility around mealtimes.

As our partner cooks are based at the beach, you also have the option of enjoying your meals there.
