Body Practice sessions
Our experienced body practitioner, Fran, is trained in various body practices which help guests to reconnect with their bodies, encouraging movement, body awareness and physical wellbeing.
Sessions are available one-to-one or in small groups if there is shared interest among guests. As with all our services, these sessions are personalised to your needs and abilities. They may take the form of a private Pilates session, a swimming lesson for those who feel less confident in the water, or a snorkelling session for the more adventurous.
Alongside movement and fitness, Fran’s work also supports healing and deep relaxation. She has had some training in breathwork, reiki and TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), and can offer body-based sessions that help you listen more closely to what your body is communicating. These practices gently release tension, support stress management, improve sleep, and assist with pain relief — creating a sense of ease, balance, and embodied calm.
Body practice sessions are $110EC.
