Hayley and Joshua
Directors
Hayley and Joshua continue their father’s legacy, working alongside Hilary as directors of Hummingbird HOPE. Although they both live in the UK, they love to visit Grenada whenever they can and are proud of their Grenadian heritage. Hayley worked in a faith-based, theatre company before becoming a drama teacher. She is now Head of Year 7 at a Catholic secondary school, where she teaches drama. She has an interest in herbal remedies and enjoys making her own teas. Like her Dad, she is a great cook, and she runs a small cheesecake business, named CosWeCanCC, to motivate and inspire others. Joshua attended a football academy, giving him a taste of semi-professional football, before choosing a different career path. He now works for a company that provides social housing training and support, where he does data engineering and AI automations. Alongside his work, he continues to play football and, like his Dad, he enjoys long-distance running. Together, Hayley and Joshua bring their creativity and entrepreneurial skills to Hummingbird HOPE, along with a shared commitment to making a positive difference in whatever ways they can.
