Immerse yourself in a space intentionally designed as a reflective space to enhance your personal wellbeing. Whether you wish to meditate in the Soul Space room, enjoy a quiet walk through the Reflective Garden, or read in the Library, every corner of our retreat invites stillness and balance.
We offer both reflective and practical spaces ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is enriching. We offer a friendly, informal welcome and we hope that you feel at home with us.

Soul Space
This sacred space is furnished with soft, inviting beanbags that beckon you to come, rest and be still. It is a place for prayer, meditation or reflection, whatever spiritual path you are on. Suggestions and guidance on how to use the room are available for those who would find this helpful. This is a space for spiritual wanderers and seekers, those with a faith and those open to experiencing the sacred.

Garden
Explore the garden and discover fruit trees, vibrant flowers and various birds. Part of the garden is dedicated to our Reflective Garden which offers a contemplative walk. Each symbol or object along the path invites you to pause and reflect on your interior life, consider life choices or receive fresh insights. There are various areas to sit to enjoy the sea view, including The Anchorage. This space is inspired by Julian of Norwich and is a place for prayer and reflection.

Library
With over 3000 books, there is sure to be one that catches your eye. We have a good selection of both fiction and non fiction books. In particular, the retreat house has a large section of books on the Christian tradition covering various topics and from a wide range of perspectives. For those who want a break from words, coffee table books offer a relaxing browse of stunning photography. And if you are inspired to do your own writing, the library offers a small writing desk with a sea view.

Creative Space
Our Creative Space is filled with craft materials, paints, and tools for creative expression. You may like to try your hand at watercolours, woodwork or collaging - whether you’re a beginner or an experienced artist. Ideas are available for those needing a bit of inspiration and this is a place to play creatively, find hidden talents and just enjoy the creative process.

The Haven
When you want to unwind with some friendly competition or some solitary down time, the Haven offers friendly recreation and a social space. Play pool, table football or board games. Borrow yoga mats, fishing gear, golf equipment as well as snorkelling sets, fire pit and other items to have fun and relax together.

Living areas
Relax in one of our comfortable living spaces with a book or enjoy a view of the sea. Our communal balcony and garden courtyard are perfect for quiet solitude.
Grenada is known for 'liming' and our 'liming' area has large comfy sofas to relax with others. There is always a communal jigsaw on the go in this area as well as a piano and a few other musical instruments.
Guests may share meals in quiet stillness or in gentle company, and the dining area is open to all—whether you are enjoying provided meals or preparing your own.

Kitchens
Guests choosing to self-cater will find everything they need in our well-equipped kitchens. Each guest has designated cupboard space and access to a shared fridge freezer. There is a large cooker with grill and rotary cooker as well as a smaller cooker and various cooking utensils. Tea and coffee making facilities and cold drinks are available. So that even if you are full board, you can still make yourself a snack or drink, day or night.

Laundry
For your convenience, we provide two washing machines, a dryer, iron and an ironing board. You’ll also find clotheslines outdoors and, in each room, there is a drying rack. A small charge applies to the use of the laundry appliances.
